Default Comfort Suites - Cathedral City

Just an FYI - We just booked here for three people. One king bed and a rollaway for about $700 for 4 nights. Looks like they still have rooms available. It's one of the better deals still available for those looking for a hotel.

I don't want to freak you out, and I hear it's been renovated, but last year I had booked a room there well in advance (primarily based on cost/decent reviews on TripAdvisor.com) - when it was about mid-April, I went back to TripAdvisor, only to find out that several recent reviews mentioned roaches, etc. (For some reason all reviews prior to a few months ago have been removed, maybe b/c they renovated the hotel?) Anyway, I have a big problem with bugs, freaked out, and found 2 more expensive places (1 for each night) in Palm Springs. Just wanted to give you a heads up - like I said, I didn't actually stay and it was based on reviews (the newer reviews say it's been renovated recently and is much better) but I know that I would have wanted to know something like that last year.
