Favorite Coachella Food Vendors?

Was it Johnny McGuire`s? I had a sandwich from there and it was mighty tasty. It was located next to the lemonade stand in the main food area.

Through the magic of Google, it indeed was Johnny McGuire's. Too bad I don't live in Vegas or Aspen, cause I am craving that T-Bone right about now!!

I really liked pie for the people (or something like that). It was a pizza joint with a pizza called "David Bowie" I think. Really good stuff. There was a burrito stand by the Outdoor stage that sold steak burritos with rice, black beans, and cheese. They were huge and only $8. Reminded me of chipotle.

Also the garlic fries were great. My favourite was a stand over by the pie for the people -- I think they mostly sold greek food, but they just put huge chunks of garlic.

Spicy Pie was great, i also think i ate about 10 fish tacos over the weekend from the pot over in lot 8....

I love the gyros there. Only problem is they didn't give you forks on Saturday or Sunday, so it was kind of gross trying to eat them.

Spicy Pie and Pinks were shit, the Colbi truck and Johnny's or whatever it was, the sandwich place, were awesome.

I had my usually hippie wraps this year, but they really LAGGED this year, Friday, no wraps! They must have had some difficulties with their logistics this year. Pretty poor setups at the campgrounds and by the outdoor stage. Hopefully it gets improved next year. I want my fucking hippie wrap god dammit.

The David Bowie Pizza was my favorite as well. The cold deli sandwich place was good, too.

Worst was the burrito stand (there were a few) but one of them advertised a "Chicken Burrito" that was basically chicken in a tortilla. Just dry chicken. No rice, no nothin'! Just dry-ass chicken. Yuck.

Spicy pie really disappointed me this year. I got a pepperoni slice with only 4 pepperonis. The johnny Maguires sandwich place was so good though.

Honestly I have never been that impressed with the food at Coachella but I did like the Pizza from the place across from the Sahara this year

have to agree with a few others in saying the Ruths Chris steak sandwich was so good!!! I felt guilty standing in line, about to buy from a large restaurant food chain, instead of supporting the little guy. Until I took my first bite. So fucking good. No regrets.

I just tried Spicy Pie for the first time over the last weekend and was extremely let down. I didn't hate it but there was nothing really impressive by it except for the size.

Spicy Pie was great.

There was a burrito place in the beer garden - it was up against the fence where VIPs could enter - and they had these really good chicken burritos. I ate one every night.

I only discovered Freshers Frozen Lemonade on the last day, next year they will be getting my business more than once.
