Fish Taco stand was great. $12 for tacos or fried fish. Tons of food at a reasonable price. Very hot/fresh testing.

The "burgers" were fucking horrendous. $8 for a burger smaller than a double cheeseburger from mcdonalds.. it didn't even have cheese. It was bread, lettuce, and "meat".

I was pretty disappointed with the food this year. That's one area I feel they've gotten worse. I enjoyed Pink's and the Deli Sandwich place; that's about it. Everything else was terrible/overpriced, even the spicy pie I had which must have been sitting out for an hour.

Worse? With all the food trucks there it's gotten better. Not to mention the Ruth's Chris stand and their great steak sandwiches.

$12 dollars for tacos is not a reasonable price. I ate the $4 tacos (for two) from the mexican joints. It was by far the best deal around. The only other thing I ate were the Gyros. Both were awesome everyday!

The grilled cheese truck by the ferris wheel was great--I had the pulled pork, which was basically a giant grilled cheese with a shitton of pulled pork, bbq sauce, and onion rings. Probably my favorite thing I ate.

The Rico Taco in the Outdoor beer garden should be avoided. It's basically the reason we left early on Sunday night. It didn't go well for me, and I'm not sure if it's because I had a touch of food poisoning or if it's because I haven't eaten greasy food like that in awhile and my body was telling me to fuck off.

Urban Pizza in the Terrace was very good. It's more expensive than Spicy Pie, but they make it fresh for you on the spot in a wood-fired oven, and it's a personal pizza sized meal.

I also had a not that awful carne asada burrito from the food court by the outdoor. I mean, I wouldn't recommend it but I didn't die.

Ruth's Chris is the fucking bomb.

    The paella was also fantastic....

I'm fearful of putting a nasty hot dog into my system, but I'd like to try a Pink's dog during weekend#2

They finally added healthy food to the mix. The smoothie booths, 1) outside Yuma exit and 2) across Mohave outside the beer garden was AMAZING. Acai Bowl(decent), Smoothies of OJ, grapefruit juice, banana, strawberries and powder including maca FTW. If you don't know what Maca is - look it up. Peruvian Root that will give you stamina, energy and maybe even a sexual boost. Maca is the bomb. anyway, Strawberry Fields ran the booths - anyone know where I can get a hold of them? I want to thank them and help them out next year

Now that I think of it, I didn't order anything but crab fries inside the fest. And before arriving every day, we went to John's in Palm Springs for breakfast.

I know that it won't be there, and it's not a vendor, but I ate a shitload of the Fruitare ice cream bars. One of the best deals on the Polo fields. The other being the free e-cigs.

Pizza, no cheese and fruit. Carbs, meat, and sugars. Poop perfect.

    *Edit* Gallons of alcohol.

    Those Baos were clutch.

So delicious, and easy to eat while you're going from stage to stage.

baohaus has taken my#1 spot of coachella foods since 1999. it used to be spicy pie and those Thai noodles but baohaus with that pita bread and fried chicken with that sauce took coachella food to another level. someone post a pix of that stuff. it was the best! This is what i ordered:

Birdhaus Bao All Natural Fried Chicken Brined 24 hours and served with Haus Seasoning Salt, cilantro, crushed peanuts, and Taiwanese red sugar.
