Sorry, but once again...you fail. You claim to have been to these Euro style festivals that we were speaking on. Well, if you ever have, you would know that you can camp by the stages and see/hear them from your tent. You bringing your tent flag would block my view if you decided to bring your gangsta ways to that type of festival, which what the thread was all about. Keep spinning. You seem to be almost convincing yourself of your warped logic.

sorry faxman. i should have known to dumb it down more. you can camp with a clear view and sound of the stages. no, not right next to the stage, or even a stones throw. but you can easily pitch a chair outside your tent, sit and watch the show from there around your little camp fire. these spots always fill up first though, so get there super early and run like the wind if you want these spots : )

Was going to point out the stupidness of the flag-camping thing - I've never seen it, generally North Euro rainfall would completely rule out putting tents that close to the crowd area - but really, it's not worth my time. This thread is about Canadians. Hurrah for them.
