Question for the black jeans crowd

Why on earth do you wear black jeans and a black t-shirt during Coachella? I mean, its bad enough that the jeans are 3 sizes too small, but they are BLACK, and we are in the DESERT. Isn't it insanly uncomfortable all day? I see you sitting against the 3 foot cardboard wall trying as hard as you can to fit in that 1 square foot space of shade, and I want to come over to you and offer to buy you some shorts, but I don't know if that would be insulting, so I don't.

I kind of like outlandish clothing at Coachella. It gives the festival some personality to have people walking around in skintight black jeans or coordinated speedos. (Although for the record, I would be less than pleased to be smooshed up against a sweaty speedo boy at the front of a stage.) And women wearing bathing suits or low-cut/revealing tops just makes sense because it's so damn hot.
