Agreed x3. And it is never too late to start wearing them and help save whatever is left of your hearing.
Between Swans and A Place to Bury Strangers this year, I may well have permanently lost hearing if I didn't have plugs in. I never go without. Plenty of good, cheap solutions out there if you can't afford custom.
Back on topic- Peter Gabriel this weekend at the Bowl! Cannot wait. Down in the Garden Boxes with friends.

Speaking with Rolling Stone, the nameless couldn’t have been any clearer when he said, "The Smiths are never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever going to reunite – ever."
When asked why this was the case, the rep said: "You'd have to ask Morrissey that. There's got to be a story there, and maybe one day it will be told."
There you have it, folks. Unless Morrissey says otherwise, any talk of a Smiths reunion will be exactly that: talk.
I didn't need to use plugs for MBV's Coachella set. It really wasn't that loud. Indoors is a different story (obviously).

There will also be more dates added to this first half, as we have to drive back home and will do shows on the way.
We will then start back up in late January- so if your city isn't on the schedule above, we'll be hitting it then.
We're here to play some Mississippi Delta Blues. We're in a horrible depression, and I gotta admit - we're starting to like it.
I wore heavy duty earplugs to Swans. Twice the noise reduction level of the ones I wear to every other concert. My tinnitus is worse after that show...
different people have different ears.
EDIT* When I saw APTBS in a small club is was extremely loud. Definitely had to wear plugs. At their Coachella set it was completely unnecessary for me personally.
Be glad you dont go to dance clubs, cause you probably would have it worse after a night inside avalon for example.
It's like someone saying that the sun didn't do some damage to their skin because it wasn't that hot outside.
