bandsintown is amazingly inaccurate it confuses Playa del Rey California with some place in Spain that has lots of DJs play.
Belle and Sebastian at the Ace with Kevin Drew opening. I'm in!
Super late notice but I came up an extra ticket to GBV they go on in less than 10 but it's here if u want it. I'll be checking my phone
KCRW is sponsoring more free concerts at the Annenberg as part of Country: Portraits of an American Sound. Like Who Shot Rock and Roll it's free with RSVP. Pretty amazing if you ask me that it's all free.
Wynonna and the Big Noise
I'm so going to that Gregg Allman/Sturgill Simpson one.
I went to the Portugal the Man one, it was crowded but not insane. It was very fun and for how big it was, it was set up well.
The Notwist were spectacular tonight. But man, that's probably the emptiest I've ever seen the Fonda. The crowd there could have fit into the Troubadour, no problem. A shame, too. Just a really tight, noisy, great show.
