It was through the Filter Magazine LA Newsletter. They give tickets away to a good range of shows, you just send 'em an email. I told them (truthfully) that my b-day was last week and maybe that helped. As a Patton fanatic who hasn't seen Tomahawk live I was probably going to buy a ticket last minute and go solo. But now the GF gets to come along. ;-)

it's working now, but not all the shows are up for sale yet. LA show is still 4/2 but venue TBA. Tyler said he's trying to keep all the venues small for this tour so I'm keeping a lookout for when it goes on sale so I don't get shut out.

I was there and disappointed in the lack of pit! I tried to start one, pushed a guy into some dumbass girl who brought two full pints into the crowd and a fight broke out. That was that. Still an amazing show though!
