The first Sufjan Christmas setlist sounds exhausting:

    I Am Santa's Helper
    Christmas Woman
Put the Lights on the Tree
Lumberjack Christmas / No One Can Save You from Christmases Past
Do You Hear What I Hear?
That Was the Worst Christmas Ever!
I'll Be Home for Christmas (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
Auld Lang Syne (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
Slay Ride (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
Jingle Bells (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
    Happy Karma Christmas
    Ah Holy Jesus
    Ding-A-Ling-A-Ring-A-Ling
    Sister Winter
For the Widows in Paradise, For the Fatherless in Ypsilanti
The Child with the Star on His Head
Carol of St. Benjamin the Bearded One
Joy to the World (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
O Holy Night (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
Silent Night (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
Santa Claus Is Coming to Town (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas (random Wheel of Christmas singalong song)
    Casimir Pulaski Day
    Justice Delivers Its Death

    Encore:
Concerning the UFO Sighting Near Highland, Illinois
    Chicago (Acoustic)
    Come On! Feel the Illinoise!

I thought the LA Melvins NYE date was posted already? Maybe not. Or I got an email about it. But yea, tempting. Red Kross are farking excellent too. Would be a good way to bring in the New Year.

I'm assuming the Orpheum show will be the same price as Observatory for the Weeknd but haven't seen anything yet, cause its not listed on Ticketmaster. Anyone know? I think i'm gonna try for both. Good luck to everyone trying to get tickets I imagine its gonna be tough.

edit: hopefully Orpheum does some sort of will call only or 2/4 ticket limit, I've never been there but it is relatively small right?

The Orpheum will probably be a little cheaper. Its more than double the size of The Observatory. Its a seated theatre ya know.

ah I see. Well I had never been there so thank you for the info. You guys figure both will be instant sell outs? I'm thinking start with Orpheum and once I have something locked in with them try for Observatory on a different comp.

    This place is tiny!

Neil Young & Crazy Horse will play a Hurricane Sandy benefit in Atlantic City at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on December 6. Everest will open the show, but unfortunately Patti Smith won't be on this one. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (11/30) at 10 AM via TheBorgata.com or by phone at 866-900-4TIX (4849) and proceeds will go to the American Red Cross.
