I haven't been to the Wiltern in a long time but I seem to recall a lack of reasonable parking options. Anyone have any tips on the best place to park?

If you look around the streets you'll be able to find something. Just give yourself about 20-30 minutes to have adequate time to circle. There's the lot, but it's pricy. I tend to get luckier heading into the neighborhoods just north of the venue.

BUT, if you're somewhere that the metro serves, the purple line drops across the street.

Just picked up tickets to see Wilco in Palm Desert on Friday 9/28 and have tickets to see them at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday 9/30. Does anyone know of any good shows on 9/29 in the L.A. area? Pollstar isn't revealing too much yet.
