Well I just got out of At The Drive-In. Fantastic show. I haven't felt that kind of energy from a crowd in years. Venue holds around 500 or so and it was packed to the walls. The band sounded excellent. This is probably the best that Cedric has sounded in years. Crowd was getting into every single song, jumping around, crowd surfing, moshing, and singing along to just about every song. I'm so grateful I got to be a part of this.

Yep. There were 7 on-stage at Primavera: the 6 Different Class-era members plus Leo Abrahams. Russell isn't around for this tour, but there's going to be someone on violin for Common People every night. At Reading, there were 8 at the end because Richard Hawley joined them for a few songs.
It's mother fuckin At the Drive-In show! I'm surprised though Cedric didn't tell people not to mosh/crowd surf because when I saw them twice back in the day (w/ the Get Up Kids & Rage), they stopped the show because people were getting hurt. They were known for just telling people to not mosh! But of course it's their first show back in 11 years so I'm sure the crowd was loving every second! So jealous...

I'm not sure if any of you guys were planning to go to youth lagoon @ the observatory tonight, but apparently the show is canceled. Haven't seen YL mention anything on fb so I'm not sure if that means anything for the troubadour show. Bummed out about that one though, it was gonna give me a chance to see him because I had to ditch tickets for thursday, and now I can't even get tickets for the echo show cause it sold out! Damn it!

That looks solid.
Tonight, while it was raining outside, Lee Ranaldo was creating quite a thunder inside at the Satellite. Excellent show.
The highlight for me was when they jammed a bit during the song Lost from his new album, reaching near SY levels of noise. It was jaw dropping.
And I had no idea Steve Shelley was going to be on drums! One of the best to ever grace a kit, 10 feet away from me. Pleasant, pleasant surprise.
