Axl and co went on just before 11:30pm and finished around 2:45. Really great show! Hard to pick just one good moment above others. Maybe November Rain or You're Crazy? I really enjoyed the Stinson number. And even Another Brick In The Wall Pt. 2 worked really well. I had a bit of echo on the vocals towards the back of the floor but nothing unmanageable. Plenty of hot gals around like you'd expect. I thought Axl sounded great but the band shined above all.

Going to the detroit bar tonight for Jacques Lu Cont..any advise on cool places to eat when your drunk and hungry @ 2 am? I swear planning a trip to the OC is harder than a trip to Europe..

I know this is late but Alejandro's in the same lot is pretty good for appeasing a drunk appetite with Mexican food.

Based on set list, looks like the Glass House got a better Andrew WK show than the Avalon. And I'd bet they allowed stage-crashing there. Oh well, I still had fun.

Seems decent enough to me, especially for a person who just casually wants to go like myself. Not to mention lawn at verizon wireless seems to be way closer then the back of the bowl for around the same price.

edit: It allows you to purchase up to 8 tickets, pretty generous offer it seems like concerts on groupon before have usually been limited to 2.
