if they get Green Day as a headliner.
You thought Madonna was bad? Wait till all the dookie-emo-potato heads mass around you and steal all your spare change.

Lick an orange, it tastes like an orange. Lick a pineapple, it tastes like a pineapple. Go ahead, try it. Try some more. The strawberries taste like strawberries. The snozzberries taste like snozzberries! We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of dreams. Come along, come along.

She added the phrase "meany head" to my profile.I hardly think I'm an attention whore.
PF: if goldenvoice books greenday.......................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .............................................i don't even know what i'd do.
^^ classic.
because greenday is probably one of the gayest bands ever. that's why people care.
haha i'm sure there will be MANY other bands to listen to. many better bands.
but if they get greenday and we get no MBV, no Radiohead, no Bowie, no Portishead, no BoC, and nobody else that has been heavily rumored....it would make me more than a little angry, and many others would feel the same i'm sure.
it hurts a little bit to think of GD playing. ouch

This isnt the place for them. or the chili peppers for that matter.
Seriously, yes, I would. I think the key word is "headline". I could care less if they were there, but if they "headlined", it would upset me. Music is my religion, and Coachella is my retreat. To have that sacredness altered by bands that aren't "Coachella" type bands headline is disappointing enough to even type about, more less think that they would take a headline slot.
I have faith in GV. They will never let this happen.
*shakes fist at GV and leaves*

Green Day are definately big enough to headline. If they are there, they will be headlining. Im pretty sure No Doubt would be big enough to headline too.
Im just saying... there are slim pickin's as too who can headline this year. GV may need to get a more poppy/mainstream type act as a headliner.
