With probably 20+ games, unfortunatley since probably 1990-91 the 1st player controller always goes all the way left, so only 2 player games work. Cabbage patch kids was the shit.

Colecovision, it was made by the Conneticuit Leather Company (Coleco) the same people who made cabbage patch kids I believe..... Lots of the games were made by companies like Nintendo, and Sega... It was a rival to the Atari (5200?)... For a bit they even sold an adapter that would allow atari games to be played on it. It was pre-nes/master system...

Yeah, I've been too busy watching movies to play. I found a collection of Dystopian flicks and have been working my way through that.
I only have Call of Duty 4, Ghost Recon and Resistance. Hoping something good that isn't a FPS comes out soon. Or new CoD maps... I heard a rumor.

Maybe rainbow 6, but I dont know. i would like a recommendation as to what racing game i should get. My girlfriend prefers racing games.

the Burnout series is damn fun. I heard the new one sucks, so avoid that. Burnout revenge though is a great game. It's a good racing game, with a ton of other mini games, like trying to create the biggest pile up, most destruction, etc. It's no Gran Trarismo in realism, but at least you won't have to leave your system on while a computer races you around for 3 hours.

i have a 300GB external HD, can i hook that up to my PS3 and direct my downloads there? also, what type of HDD is in the PS3, can I just put my 300GB in there?

any external drive hooked up to the PS3 has to be formatted in FAT32 (the system can't read/recognize Microsoft's NTSF system). But if you are able to plug in a FAT32 drive into one of the USB ports, it should show up under the main menu or whatever, and you can access files from it (and I assume download files to it, but not sure about that).

Thing that sucks about formatting a drive to FAT32 (besides having a max 4gb limit size per file) is that if you use XP to format the drive, you can only format 32gb of FAT32 at a time, meaning you have to partition the drive into segments (Microsoft's clever way of trying to do away with FAT32). So if you have a 320gb external drive, you end up partition 10 different 32gb drives. Kind of annoying.

a few years ago I walked in my old roomates new apartment. While we were sitting around drinking, I noticed the recent GT game was playing. I asked him what the hell was going on. He told me the new GT game has a feature where the game actually plays for you, so you don't need to actually sit there for 3 hours to win the race. This was some long epic tournement race he was trying to win. I really don't see the point of playing a video game if you're just going to let the computer do all the work for you. I also don't like any racing game that is going to make take 100 laps or something crazy like that. I could never get into how technical that game got, but it was mighty impressive. I'm sure the new one on PS3 will be amazing
