Thanks to all who posted the Coachella mixes (Breakjaw-you 'da man)... Gillian Welch covering Radiohead "Black Star" was unexpected, but fantastic.

In turns out that for my sins I actually included a song on my Coachella Mix that Yablo put on an old board mix. I mean that's not where I got the file but still damn. I feel awful.
It's a good song... though I don't know if that makes things better or worse.
Thanks for re-upping BJaw, I've got it red to go for tomorrow am.
Andrew's Fun Corner, Vol. 9
Breakjaw did a really good job with the Coachella mixes, so I decided not to do a mix for each day and instead do a combination of Coachella acts and bands who I want to play Coachella at some point (and some random stuff I wanted to share).

Breakjaw - what program do you use to make your mixes?
Bands I have discovered I quite like thanks to these recent Coachella-centric mixes:
Ratatat
Mike Relm
The Fratellis
Anathello
Still listening though.
Also, I was already familiar with 80% of the bands, so this isn't to say I only liked four bands. These are new personal revelations.

How pricey is something like that?

I use MixMeister 4,but there are newer versions. When I got it it was $39.95.There are also free trial versions of the new one,but I've always been happy with the way the one I have works, and sometimes more tools just clutter thngs up.

Nice!I'm downloading Ass-Shaker as we speak and listening to Yablo's Coachella mix on headphones(It's 3AM and my night off,but I work nights and it's hard to adjust to real life).
"Me'n'Paul" is a real good choice for a Willie song.I hate to say it,but I put "The Maker" on my mix just because it's a Daniel Lanois cover.I mean it's good, but it's not Willie in the way "Me'n'Paul is.Perfect following it with the ELO cover.Fuck every single Fountains of Wayne hater, thank you for fighting the good fight,Yab.
I mean a band can't help having one song just explode.Just ask Crowded House.Or Dada.

Ya' know. I actually liked the Go! Team's set at Lolla. They're fun in a live setting.

I saw em at Coach. Managed to get up against the rails for their set. It was decent. One of the best sets I saw on Sunday.
Here's a Jon Brion Mix I made awhile back. Posting again if anybody missed it. Finally got to see him at the Largo last week and it was everything I was expecting and more. Fiona was there and did about 6 songs, some covers and a few of her own. I recommed the show to anyone.

Hi, mp3/mix depository thread. Yablo's download didn't work for me. Could you please take care of this little problem? I'd really like to listen to that mix.
breakjaw...it says your APRIL 27th mix is expired. Any chance you can repost that, I really wanted that mix! Thanks in advance...
YES. Somebody else that likes Self. I wish Self would play coachella. Or I wish that he/they would get asked, rather.Self - Trunk Fulla Amps
I had a dream last night that he/they were. No clue why.
