I remember...... now he says that the new album is far better than the old one, claiming, "it's the best album that's come out in the last 20 years." what does that make the last one? 2nd best?

everyone is snagging up spoon. spoon wasnt some rare grab. and when isaw spoon with death cab and mates of state, spoon was really bad live. it was a snooze fest.

It's not a matter of whether or not Spoon is grab-worthy or not. Indie and KROQ are equivalent to cross-town rivals in L.A. (who like to keep their line-ups "exclusive") and Indie's grabbed them already.

I've seen Modest Mouse enough times, and they were really really not good the last two times. It would take a reasonably consistent lineup to get me to NSSN again.
