Where the fuck did all of this B52's talk come from? Why does anyone want to see them, let alone see them subheadline Coachella?
For your health
I definately do not think B-52's would be a subheadliner... but they would be fuckin awesome to see at Coachella nonetheless!
2) I dont think GV would even think of booking Bruce Springsteen. Unless they put him in the tent of course.
Anaheim is probably considered LA-area, and a big headlining show like that three weeks before Coachella would kill any likelihood.
if he's playing the 25 of april (coachella 08 day 1) then I doubt he'd fly back to coachella, crew and all, to play a day at the festival
no springsteen for coachella that anaheim date eliminates him.
The White Stripes 9/18
I predict Springsteen for Bonnaroo if the Led Zeppelin reunion tour doesn't happen.

The B-52's would actually be fun during the day. Not the evening or night slots. If Lady Mis Kier (sp?) was there last year, I don't see why The B-52's couldn't be invited.
radiohead says they WILL tour America first.
so...............i think they will be at coachella. despite what some moderators say.

america's bigger than a small city in a california desert.
*based upon tedious fact checking.
true but that small city in the desert has one of the biggest festivals in the country. that festival begins right around the time they'll start touring.
they'll be there. if not, then i will give the board my address so everyone can come to tar and feather me.
but, i am admittedly very biased.
If Radiohead is there it will save me having to travel again shortly after Coachella. So in a twisted way I'd be ok if they were not there cause I'd have an excuse to travel to their show.
That being said, I want them at Coachella sooo bad.
I know, I'm speaking for my bank account/credit cards..
I want Radiohead to headline all three nights and do a different set every night. That would be the definition of EPIC.
I'm thinking Saul Williams is a near definite. New record and fitting to the Coachella vibe. Weird no one mentioned him yet.
And in regards to headliners, I am going to predict that this year lowers the bar in regards to quality, but the rest of the ticket will more than compensate for that. (Honestly, who has not headlined that could realistically work/appease most of us?)
Lower the bar my ass, THIS IS COACHELLA.
This festival prides itself on IMPROVING each year.
I demand the best lineup we've ever seen.
thank you, that's all.
There will be more great bands playing anyway.
However, as a Saul Williams fan, I think Trent did not improve on Saul. My opinion is, Saul sacraficed alot to align with Trent's sound. However, with Saul talking about how this record applies to his theatre BA more than any other, I am waiting to eat my crow when I see how great his live show is for it.
