Jennings might be a baller but the guy shoots 30 times a game, just like Smith.

Just saying that there is no way their styles will mesh well together unless Jennings starts passing the rock.

I would like to respond to that but arguing with it is very hard. Rudy Gay played terribly last year and they finished in ninth. Then this year they got rid of Bargnani and you expect that one move will catapult them to automatic contention or are you predicting that Bynum's Irving's, and Varejao's bodies will become as resilient as Teflon? It is tough to argue shots in the dark. You're right

Bargnani was injured most of last season and when he played he didn't do anything. Novak is a much better perimeter shooter then Bargani and Camby will add a much needed defense presence in the limited minutes he is going to play. Not saying they are going to make the playoffs but they are an improved team.

Well I didn't hear about that then. All I know was Novak and Camby was sent to Toronto as part of the Bargnani trade. I stopped paying attention afterwords.

Jenning average a career high 6.5 dimes last season, and I expect that will go up even more.

I don't get what you guys see in Toronto either.

I believe Gay and Derozan are a better 1-2 scoring punch than Jennings and Smith. I also like Kyle Lowry better than any PG on Detroit's roster. Valanciunas will provide what Bargnani could not.

With that being said, I think Drummond and Monroe are what will make Detroit better than Toronto. As for Washington or Cleveland, I think both teams will develop and prove to be better than Detroit this season.

Be-easy Beasley busted for pot last night.

If we can somehow get rid of Beasley and Marshall that'll be great. Addition by subtraction. I heard that we're trying to throw in Marshall in every deal possible, but that was before we dealt Scola.

Tangentially related, I just picked up NBA 2k13 for PS3, and to give you a good idea how bad I am at this game, I played as the '90-'91 Bulls vs. the '12-'13 Bobcats and lost.

No I have never been to Portland but if he did accidentally trip over one then he would have just continued on with his way. Or because the fact there was a police officer right there watching if the cop felt it was an accident he would have never arrested him in the first place.

interested to see how Bledsoe works out for the Suns, even though I know it's not going to be well if they intend for him to eventually become the starting PG. I mean, will it be Dragic then Bled off the bench? That's the most logical setup without knowing a lot about Phoenix's team. Eric is just too much of a SG tweener to become a starting PG. He is great on D and knows how to get to the rack, but he's not instinctual enough with passes to get others involved like a true point guard should.

New Blake commercial. Give it a B-. He's got a bit of the Matt Dillon from Something About Mary teeth goin on.

The pilgrimage is not perfected save by copulation with the camel.

So ridiculous that the Lakers have more national TV games than the Heat for the upcoming '13/'14 season.

IF we are talking about New Blake commercials, I personally like this one better

Also, I, too, am interested to see how Bledsoe works out for the Suns. I guess I will find out when I see them face my Clippers in late December...

That is seriously so fucking stupid. A grown man isn't allowed to have female in his room? Give me a break? Also sending him home from the symposium is also stupid because he is one to likely need it more then other people.
