He still gets the ball stripped from him way too many times down low

Also, is it just me or is Crawford the worst ref in the nba?
He has been since the moment he ejected Tim Duncan for laughing on the bench. But seriously how is he still a ref in the league? Overall this was a game the Lakers should have won. I think they outplayed the heat but just those stupid early turnovers that led to 16 heat points. I guess Kobe starting off 3-16 didn't help either but still ending up with 22 points I'm not going to fault him completely.
The Phoenix Suns say the team and coach Alvin Gentry have "mutually agreed to part ways"
I have a feeling that management was upset that he wouldn't play Beasley. He probably decided that being fired was more desirable than coaching a team with Michael Beasley playing 35 min a night.
This ain't no middle of the mall shit.
Gentry will land on his feet, I have faith in him, but him and the Suns together just got stale and they needed to go seperate ways. I'm from Phoenix originally and naturally a Suns fan but my god there is nothing, NOTHING to like about that team or organization these days, I see no light at the end of the tunnel and am happy to watch every Clipper game in LA these days. Dear Robert Sarver, GO FUCK YOURSELF!
I feel for Gentry due to the fact he never really seemed to get a decent run with a settled roster. Management seemed to turn over so many players, so often he must have struggled to build any momentum. That's even putting aside the fact the players the kept bringing in were either not much good or a crappy fit.
Question for you LA people. What is the best way to go about getting tickets for a Laker game? They are playing the jazz on Friday. They don't have to be good seats or anything, but I am just wondering if the box office, stub hub, Craigslist or scalpers outside the venue are my best bet?
RAPE STOVE
white power?!
Suns promote Lindsey Hunter, should've been Thunder Dan.
When Lon Babby and Lance Banks get the ax after this season, hopefully we can somehow lure Sir Charles back into the organization as GM.

Because he was cheap. He started out as a player agent so Sarver, and his penny pinching ways, thought it would be a great idea to hire somebody that was familiar with the cap rather than the game itself. Ownership 101.
Not sure if how correct I am but I have vague recollections of the Suns pretty much giving away their picks for a few years there. For some reason I have Luol Deng, Rajon Rondo & Rudy Fernandez as some the players they just threw away over the course of a couple of drafts ?
Lakers losing to the Raptors today was a great way to start the day, if I get a Harbaugh bowl by the end of the day I'll be a very happy person!
I watched that laker game. Can't believe Dwight got thrown out over some stupid stuff, but its his fault anyways so can't complain.
Laker tickets - Craigslist or stubhub day of game. If you watch stubhub from like 11am to 4pm or so. The scalpers will drop/fluctuate prices so you sometimes catch a deal. Last time I paid for NBA tickets I got 2 hundred level seats to a lakers game for under retail through stubhub watching. They were playing the spurs too so it wasn't a crap team.
This works with concerts too.
You can also add Steven Jackson to that list. Robert Sarver is all about his "cash considerations."
Lindsey Hunter was the player development director, so the coaching move is all about developing Michael Beasley and Wes Johnson. Jesus christ, the fucking Timberwolves cut these players. Not some storied franchise that had to clear up roster spots. These players weren't good enough for the fucking T-wolves. God damn it.
No offense, Pete.
Has any team in professional sports moved more than the Sacramento Kings?
Rochester Royals
Cincinnati Royals
Kansas City Kings
(for a while, they were the Kansas City-Omaha Kings)
Sacramento Kings
Seattle SuperSonics
That's not true, they were a lot of fun w/ Nash, Johnson, Marion, and Amare and Q-Rich coming off the bench draining threes.
I watched over 100 games in Arco Arena growing up in Sacramento. I have been more vocal supporter of Cleveland franchises, but growing up in Sacramento makes it hard not to cheer for the Kings, considering they are the only show in town. I hope the Maloofs die a horrible death.
I've always been indifferent to Jude La Cava, but this earned him some serious points.
The thing that bothers me is that the Maloofs bought the team when they were on the way up, jacked up ticket prices - which was expected - but the team slowly started to fall apart piece by piece and ticket prices stayed sky high. They finally reduced them a few years back but the ownership lost the fanbase by that point. Everyone has known the Maloofs' interest in moving for years.
