And now the Heat wants Beasley.
I think the chances of a three-peat just went down.
He'll be relegated to mop-up duty on that team, they'll be fine..

Good sign for the Cavs. He isn't medically cleared for contact at this point, but he's moving around well and running on a treadmill.
Cavs' Bynum cleared for basketball activities

I'll let this sink in for a minute...
I'm sick of Bill Simmons. I don't understand why they would give him so much control over that show. His television presence needs a lot of improvement.
Certain songs they get so scratched into our souls
His TV presence isn't the best, but I'd actually side with Simmons on this one. Magic wasn't very good. At least Simmons is a basketball geek and can speak knowledgeably and passionately about everything going on in the NBA. Magic seems like more of a casual observer and never brought much, other than his name, to the broadcast.
By a long shot...I always found ESPN's NBA coverage to be especially annoying all around, with Hubie Brown being their only in-game color commentator I can stand.
I'm actually quite fine with most, I just find the majority of ESPN's to be obnoxious. Gruden, Berman, Van Gundy, Tommy Smyth for soccer, etc..
Beasley punches self in head:
Fake tough guy Kevin Garnett waived his no trade clause in order to go to a contender. Doc Rivers manufactured his own trade to become the coach of the Clippers (another contender). "Do as I say, not as I do."

Can the Clippers play at the sports arena instead?
gawddamn I'm gonna miss Peace with my Lakers this season...
Actually, I dont think the Lakers would mind about the banners if they had a promising year coming up, but they don't. By most scenarios, the Clippers will beat the Lakers in every matchup, and the Clippers will be the only LA team in the Playoffs.
