We saw it last night. Very good movie, a bit depressing, as it is about the downfall of Ian Curtis's life. Almost everyone in that movie portrayed the real life person exactly. I say catch that film if it's in your area.
music is good too!

Im surprised this hasn't gotten a wider release, with all the good reviews and whatnot. Its not even playing at my local "indie" theater.

Finally saw it last night. Was worth all the hype its been getting. The cinematography really sets the tone and its pretty damn good.

Just got back from seeing this one- amazing! The music so simple yet so beautiful!
The director is the guy that did most of depeche modes videos.
The actor playing Ian Curtis- what a remarkable job! the concert scenes were haunting-it seemed like the real deal.
It was fun to catch some of the concert posters in the background.
Joy Division & Cabaret Voltaire what a fuckin amazing show that must have been.
