I'm not sure if this is the best place to put this, but I was hoping a separate thread would help my request get more attention...

I've been looking around for a while for a ride to Vegas for Vegoose and back from either Vancouver or Seattle. If you are driving and have extra space, or know anyone who does, please let me know asap: piesore@gmail.com . I can help drive and pay for gas.

Also, if you're aware of any good rideshare websites, or other ways to find a ride please let me know, I've looked on craigslist, facebook, myspace and miscellaneous websites with a Vegoose thread without finding any offers.

I appreciate you sendingthe website, I'd budgeted the same for Vegoose as for Coachella in terms of transportation, I was able to get to Cali and back on 80 bucks, which was better than I expected, so I saved about double that for this trip. The plane rides seem pretty cheap, but it still ends up being about 250-300 bucks including the bus to get to and back from Bellingham and I end up having to stay for almost a week. Greyhound is something like 500 bucks, I have no idea why it's more expensive than flying.

In any case, I'll keep looking for a ride, if nothing else, I'll know for next year to start looking way earlier or to book a flight.

I wasn't able to access the fares for this trip for some reason, was that one way or round trip? Thanks again, I don't know how I got such a retardedly high price when I initially checked.

I just tried it too. Yeah, $138 for a 7-Day advance purchase round trip from Seattle/Vancouver to Las Vegas (10/25 returning 10/29, it's $158 if you leave on the 26th).

It's all good, I've come to realize how bad I am at planning stuff, I just checked shuttle prices and saw they were 50 bucks..I thought they would be more like 5 dollars one way, isn't the stadium just 10 minutes away? Is there a way to bus there?

Also, I'm looking for a place to crash, if you've heard of anyone who is willing to share they're rooms, I'll split whatever the cost is, let me know. Thanks!
