Yes. As I recall, there was nothing I could eat there. I remember stepping over to the neighboring gas station to get a vitamin water and some smokes.

after hearing about some people here in town getting sick at one of the local taco bell's here (this was like 6-7 years ago), I've pretty much avoided taco bell at all costs. I use to love it though.

Taco Bell was a daily stop on my drive to and from Coachella. Well... it would have been if it was up to me.
But as everyone else I was with was buying Subway, I would get some Taco Bell.

I remember on the drive back in 2006, we stopped at Jamba Juice before we left the desert, and I ordered a medium sized drink, and the chick behind the counter gave me the largest size available at no extra cost. That was cool.

Anyway uh...I need to get to Scandia to play some miniature golf! Field trip?

That's cuz that's what it is. putt putt. that's what we called it in Texas, so I don't think it's just a Michigan/Ohio thing.

Do you sit on the "potty," tom? Do you wash your "pee pee" in the shower? Do you frequently get "tummy" aches? Do you sleep at night with your "woobee"?

This shouldn't even be up for discussion. Playskool must have a message board for you freaks to talk about this.
I've never even heard the phrase "mini golf" til I read this thread.

As far as your litany of personal questions, the answers are yes, no but I probably should, sometimes, and wtf is a woobee.

Minigolf implies "golf" which means you must be using several different kinds of clubs. Maybe they are smaller than normal clubs, hence the mini. I dont know. It must hurt your back and be tough to hit those par 5's if you are playing minigolf with miniclubs.

But for the activity discussed in this thread, the name is putt-putt because that is what you are doing: putting.

I bet you probably play "beerpong" with no paddles too.

tomazzz and kingsblend, thank you for your support. It's astounding how ignorant the populace can be.

pvk, you're clearly in denial. Being a self-loathing texan is so gay.

Yabs, I'll never stop wasting your time.

    never heard of scandia?

there's a few in the bay area (fairfield, vacaville I think, place up by santa rosa, and probably more). It's like one of those family fun kinda places...they offer batting cages, go carts, arcade, bumper boats, and a huge big ol miniature golf course. I haven't been in like 12-15 years, but its fun from what I remember.

I just call it mini golf.

I was forced to go to North Carolina one time, there was nothing there except for the most incredible mini golf course I've ever been to. I went there every day.
