No ins & outs means exactly that. No ins & outs. You'll be buying your water at $2 a bottle like the rest of us poor bastards. There are fountains to refill your bottles...but good luck, they are few and far between and usually have lines or people washing off their feet at them.

No outside food or drink allowed...and no empty bottles for water, either.

(Now...we're talking about the concert here, not camping)
