yeah they are looking at the same system we are online and telling it to you over the phone. reps aren't in the know. sometimes people get lucky it happens all the time.

There's nothing official yet. Keep trying, until it says somewhere in the event or directly from the promoter, Sold Out is never an option. Tickets get released last minute for shows and events all the time.

I don't know how much hope there is, but it isn't hopeless.
