That is pretty much how we do it, where the draft position of the player from the previous year causes you to lose the draft pick in that round for the current year. Any undrafted players will count as a 14th round draft pick. We are only allowed to keep 3 players max. This is only the 2nd year so I am still trying to get the hang of all of the rules, but that is the main format.

What we really need to do, though, is cut our bench size. Replacement level is awful.

Yeah, it is always good to hear other people's leagues to get ideas on how to tweak.

How do you do your drafting? In order to discourage tanking or not paying attention, the commish created this shit ass system where the non-playoff teams would have their own playoffs, and the winner would get first place. So if you had a crappy team like mine that was decimated by injuries, you were screwed with your draft order. I had the 8th pick this year even though I ended up in 10th out of 12th last year and the best RB available was either Cadillac Williams or Clinton Portis, who was on my team last year and I vowed he would never step foot on my fantasy roster again. So stupid.

im not a fan of keeper leagues. i like the idea of starting fresh every year. even if i have a good team, its fun to have a fresh start and draft a whole new team. im the commish of a 10 team, non keeper league, and we have a random drawing every year to determine draft order. this year we upped the ante from 20 to 50 bucks, so 500 in the pot: 300 for 1st, 150 for 2nd, and 50 back for 3rd. i drafted 9th, and here is my team (starters in bold):

QB: Kitna, Anderson
RB: Parker, Bush, Green, Norwood
WR: TO, Ward, Coles, Curtis, Curry
TE: Winslow
K: Hanson
D: Chicago

I like the draft method you guys employ. I will suggest that for next year. And Google spreadsheets, ehh? Another solid idea.

Oh, and my PPR fantasy team is 0-2 thanks to subpar play from Steven Jackson and Vernon Davis. My WR corps is sick: Harrison, Roy Williams, Colston, Braylon, but I need those two to come through. That's my main league. I'm doing pretty well in my other 12 leagues (I only wish I was kidding---I started taking part of antsports early drafts in July and ended up with 13 teams).
