the knife couldn't work at all at coachella.

when they played at el rey last year they had to turn all the a/c off in the place so it wouldn't blow the scrims. coachella would ravish their visuals.

no its not like they're gonna fly away. they cant have any movement on them at all. i'm not like an authority on scrims in any way, but i don't know how tight they can pull them down, and if any wind hits them it screws up the visuals.

altho sigur ros used one at the hollywood bowl, so who knows. i don't know how different their scrim was from the knife's.
