which do you want? "Sappy" or "Verse Chorus Verse"? It's kinda weird with those two songs because for a while, people had the names confused with each other and thought that 'Sappy' was 'VCV' and 'VCV' was 'Sappy' if that makes sense? But with the official boxset coming out a few years ago, all of that got cleared up.

I don't think Verse Chorus Verse ever got played live, but Sappy did. I know I have a few demos of VCV and Sappy though, so I'll see what I can come up with.

I'm looking for an album for my stepdad. The Bevis Frond: The Auntie Winnie Album. It's some friends of his from ages ago, and he's been looking for a copy of it everywhere. Every once in a while he gets trashed and asks me to help him get one off eBay or amazon for seventy-five bucks, but then I remind him how much he likes groceries and electricity.

The moral of the story is that his birthday is next month, and I'd love to be able to burn him a copy for it.

Do you understand what the FLAC format is for and why it's preferred?

Yeah, but for convinience purposes such as maybe downloading an album say in 5 minutes as opposed to an hour FLAC isnt ideal.

well there shouldn't be any 'convenience' when it comes to downloading albums, as we're really not supposed to do it, but I won't get into that as we're all guilty. There just shouldn't be any complaining about an album being in flac though, since it's a preferred format to back up and store files/songs in lossless (if that's what the person wants - and I wouldn't call them stupid). If you want mp3, either buy and convert em yourself or find another source.

True, the whole downloading issue can go on forever and a day and its a waste of time. And yeah stupid was the wrong word to use. I shouldve said something else, but thats what I typed so I left it. I am downloading and have no problem converting. Its just more time consuming than it should be thats my thing. Anyway, so Yablo are you happy your request was fulfilled?

How about The Burning World by Swans? It's been out of print for years, and the only copy I can find is a signed copy for $125 on their website.

I've ben looking for a version of "momma dont aloow no music playin in here" something like that. maybe "mamma dont low'". I'vve been looking for this for a while and havent had amy luck finding the version I want. Problem is i dont know when it was recorded.
