Getting your ticket

I was wondering if anyone knows the opening times of the box office at the festival area?

I would seriously not recommend waiting to get your ticket until Coachella weekend.

It's kind of hard to get it before since ticket master doesn't ship it to denmark. I can't leave denmark before 27 of april and I can't afford to go to the US to pick up a ticket before hand.

Picking up tickets at will-call is easy and fast, just have your passport with you and the credit card used to make the purchase and you're all set.

I think you have to go through the US ticketmaster site. There's a check box for international buyers down near the bottom of the page. Only option for international buyers is Will Call to pick up at Coachella. You have to make the booking with the same credit or debit card you will be taking with you so you can show it, along with your passport, to collect tickets.

So you're saying that if I pay my tickets with my mom's credit card (I don't have credit card of my own), I can't get those tickets?

That's right. As far as I know, there is no way around having the credit card used for online ticket purchase and matching identification at will call.

Someone in another section of the forum said he emailed Goldenvoice with a similar situation and was told that a photocopies of the credit card and cardholder's ID would be OK...but unless you hear that yourself, don't believe it. Even so...it's a huge risk to take, and you may find yourself at Will Call not being able to pick up tickets that have already been paid for.

I emailed the festival orgainsers and they said that a photocopy of the card, parents ID and maybe a signed note from them should do. Im a little wary so i may try to bring my parents card. Am also going to pring off the email reply i got from coachella, saying that it was alright. Probably wont help but we'll see...
