I dont know what this movie is even about.
I saw the trailer and have been receiving updates. Any news on where it'll be playing in the States, if anywhere?

I've been waiting for this for awhile.
And not understanding the kind of influence that Joy Division has had on the music that you listen to is just sad. Srsly.
New Order was probably one of the most boring shows I have ever seen, despite the fact that I adore their music.
I never had the privilege to see Ian perform. He seems to move like a cross between Michael Stipe and David Byrne.
Without Ian, New Order was lifeless on stage.
Get Closer.Listen to it.Alot.Then come back and say that you don't get the appeal of Joy Division.Unknown Pleasures is also recommended.

The only band that was remotely inspiring that day was the cubes, and they were awesome. And at Coachella again, NO was fucking boring.
Anywho, I am definitely going to go see this movie though.
No I was directing it towards Brando, who I know has good taste, having just finished listening to the excellent mix he posted.I think he has not heard Joy Division's full albums, that's all.

I used to listen to Joy Division on the beach.
