yes, the Disco Era....
yes, the Disco Era....
i never though of ABBA as disco. they made some forays into disco, but at heart they were not disco.
Neither is Barry White, Boney M (wtf), or Gloria "Gayner". Try harder.
Also, I wasn't even going to post in this thread, but I do love me some disco. The Bee Gees are one of the most underrated groups of all time.
Dancing Queen? really? for serious?
Sly & The Family Stone?
I don't have time for this. I have a job.
But I wasn't arguing with you about ABBA. They're more of a pop group anyway. What I was telling you is that Barry White shouldn't be on your list. It's an insult to the man really. But whatevs. Maybe it will be a good thread. Maybe. If you learn how to spell and punctuate your sentences properly.

it's a freaking poll about disco.....i had no idea people took their disco so seriously. my bad.
Dancing Queen is like the tenth best Abba song. But if not for the fact that it's been played out for anyone by the time they're about 13, it's still a good track. I lean more towards S.O.S., Waterloo, Fernando even (if I'm feeling limp-wristed), Money Money Money, Lay All Your Love On Me, Take A Chance On Me, Knowing Me Knowing You, et cetera. All quality shit, I say.
what the hell are you talking about? i misspelled "Gaynor"? woop dee doo. you're bitching about one single letter that i misspelled? wtf? in case you haven't noticed, 90% of posts have at least one spelling or punctuation error. please check your anal cavity to make sure nothing is stuck in it.
abba for coachella 08!
