13) Rules for Hotel Fire Survival. It's sort of a running joke; on my very first trip, there was a fire alarm in my hotel at 3am. I go running downstairs in my sweats and get into the parking lot, where my boss was waiting, fully dressed, with all her luggage.

The "gloworm" is a safety vest that the guys that work down in baggage handling on the ramp have to wear. I went out there one morning (at 2:00am, mind you) and learned how to drive a baggage cart, push back a plane, load and unload baggage, etc. They let me keep my gloworm.

Nothing in my purse but a wallet, some makeup, my camera, and a pen.
