I have only seen them at Coachella, so it'll all be new to me.

I saw the YYYs back in 2002 open for Jon Spencer and to be honest I wasn't that impressed at the time. The Liars came on before them and just blew them (and Jon Spencer for that matter) away. I still love the music and a chance to see them live though..

I saw them last year at the Orpheum Theatre in Vancouver. They sounded great live. However, the crowd there sucked. Biggest bunch of pretentious fuckers I have ever been in, in my entire life. Only the first MAYBE 5 rows were moving, and some were even *gasp* dancing. It was rediculous. I would never pay to see them by themselves again...
But I would sure as hell go see them in a festival seating. I heard they kicked ass at Coachella last year.
