M.I.A @ Echoplex. Did it sell out?

Did anyone go to M.I.A's show on Monday at the Echoplex? If so, how hard was it to get tix?
I'm in San Diego and want to drive up to catch the show, but I don't know if I have a chance at scoring some tix. Could someone let me know if they went to Monday's show?

The tickets 'sold out' online. But I, and at least 50 other people got their tickets at the door. One of them being a guy that drove out from San Diego. My advice if you're trying to go to tomorrow's show is to get there EARLY like.. at least 3 hours in advance

There are still some postings on craigslist (at reasonable prices) if you don't want to chance it in the ticket line (which was very very long last night). She got on stage last night at 10:30 and played over an hour set. A lot of new stuff (which is really f_cking good) + a handful of songs from her previous album. I think she has sealed the deal for me to get my vegoose tickets!

I have tried listening to her on multiple occasions, and I cant stand any of her shit. Its terrible. It sounds like nothing more than typical urban gansta hiphop... with a girl.
Id rather listen to Rihanna than her.

I guess I can understand people not liking it if they're not into that style of music. Personally I found the production on the first record to be absolutely banging ("10 Dolla" is definitely my fave). The vocals are cool enough to not get in the way and MIA's accent is cool.
