So i have seen Tool twice, and both shows have been for this past 10,000 days Tour. Once at Coachella, and once in LA. So my question is, does anyone know what bands/songs they use for background music durring their setup? because both times they used the same shit, and it went from funk, to salsa, to mo-town, some really groovey stuff, but none of it sounded familiar to me. Any help??

Yeah... i ingested some lysergic and couldnt help but hear every note that came from that sound system durring set up. It sounded very groovy/salsa/funky. Never do acid for a Tool show. my buddies had to take me out of the pit durring the second song and basiclly missed there set =/
I wouldve gotten trampled by those fans if it wernt for my friends =0

the last song before they start the show is "Piss Up a Rope" by Ween. I remember they play the entire "You have an ad in the paper for a black band, but you mofos are white!" skit from the end of the Mushroomhead album "XX" too. That's all I can remember right now.
