Negro Modelo is infinitely superior, you are correct. And yeah, Newcastle's pretty good. There's a great beer made in PA that's only available around there called Yuengling, reminds me of Newcastle.

Heineken has always sucked. I wish Bass or Guinness/Smithwick's would outbid them for Coachella.

Frankly, I hate a lot of these beers mentioned. Blue Moon is okay when my roommate brings some home, but at bars it's always served with a slice of orange or some other weird fucking shit that has no business being in beer. All the millions of Sam Adams varieties that are flavored like some kind of fruity shit bug me for the same reason. Beer should taste like beer, dammit. Fat Tire's funky too, although I'm not even sure what it tastes like that it's not supposed to. Stella's fine, but there's plenty of beers that taste just as good and aren't ultra-premium priced.

Captain, raging cunt grandmothers are kinda sweet actually in retrospect, 'cause when they die you're just like, "Well... I don't really mind this at all. Kinda glad I don't have to talk to her anymore, if anything." I've grown to appreciate the people in my family I don't like 'cause their deaths are never a big deal--sometimes they even die and you get a little inheritance too, it's like Christmas.

Trust me, I don't speak to her now; I ignore her at family functions-which she doesn't usually stay the whole thing for. She usually throws a tantrum sometime in the middle of whatever it is and demands that she be taken home. No inheritance either; my parents pay all her bills.

I always pick up some "two buck chuck" just for shits and giggles while I'm there.

I usually always grab a 4pack of Boddingtons when I'm there; I don't know if I've ever bothered to look at what other kind of beer they have. I picked up a raspberry/honey wheat beer once at BevMo for my best friend who was coming over and loves both raspberry and honey beers; she swore it was the best beer ever. It was too sweet for me but if you like those flavors, she insisted it was the shit.

Grandville Island Brewery has a great amber called "Gastown", but it's hard to come by out here.

My favorite is stella, then newcastle, pacifico w/ lemon wedges, 1620. I tried out a brew for the first time over the weekend at the nightwatchman show called premium. It was grainy but excellent.

Chelada from Budlight....I know it sounds fucking atrocious but its Clamada, lime and hot sauce in bud or budlight 24 oz cans. You can only find it in El Paso its their test market right now. so good.

And 90% of all German Hefeweizen beers.
