Thank you for that. both the offer and the link. apparently I just need to open my eyes. and go to bevmo more often. ha!
I'll go check it out before I pm you.
No prob roo...let me know
the only growler I'm currently messing with is from dust bowl. every time I go get a haircut I get the growler filled. but not before I sample some to decide what I take home.
Have any of you guys shipped a beer package before? What's the best way to go about it?
You can also buy bottle shippers at BevMo and other stores.
The USPS is considering a change, but for now, shipping alcohol through the USPS is against the law, so you could conceivably face criminal charges if things go awry.
Shipping beer through UPS is against their policy, but not illegal. If they find out, they will usually just return the box to you.
Same thing with regular FedEx shipments. FedEx does allow shipping alcohol, but they charge extra for that, and most people who I know who use FedEx to ship beer don't declare it's beer because they don't want to pay the extra cost.
USPS uses the same policy as UPS, just don't tell them what you are shipping. If you do get caught with the USPS they will more then likely serve a cease and desist warning before they go as far as bringing up criminal charges unless your postmaster is an asshole. And the only way the USPS would find out is if one of your bottles breaks since it is illegal for them to open your mail. UPS and FedEx can open and lose your mail if they feel like it with no repercussions.

It is actually illegal to ship any form of alcohol across state lines without a license no matter what source you're using to ship it. Having said that, I ship "olive oil" all the time.
I really am into this beer label.
What are your guys recent liked beer labels?
this one is by far one of my fav's
from Stillwater Artisanal
Clown Shoes - make great caricature labels
I'm in love with The Lost Abbey Labels and bottle shapes ...simply a gorgeous way to present beer
I went to Dry Hop Brewery in Chicago last night and had Milkstachio - a pistachio milk stout. One of the best beers I've ever had. Great smell, very smooth, amazing flavor.
Flying dog art is amazing rotten!
their pearl necklace oyster stout is one of my favs...
I remember buying just for the art alone and ended up loving the brew

I haven't had many of their beers, but it seems like Mikkeller always have awesome label art.
Fresh off his "JUICY AUSTRALIA TOUR"
What are people sipping on over the holidays? I just picked up some FW Union Jack, Lumberyard IPA, and Avery White Rascal for any guests that stop by. I'm also stocked with homebrew bombers.
I hate that kcco is involved with beer. Also redhook....
