Yeah, warmth is good for your vocal chords; if you ever do any kind of public speaking, you're supposed to drink room temperature water instead of cold water to keep them loose. Wonder why Morriessey was so dumb.
Not that I give a fuck if Bjork comes here or not.

With Folks like Bjork and Radiohead, the size of cities they play in is of little matter to them (Truth be told, Bjork performed here in Denver and the metro population is only 3 million). What matters is what kind of venues are there and available. Luckily with have the beautiful Red Rocks Amphitheater which attracts quite a number of artists. Hell, just look at my sig. Which is one of the reasons why places like Vegas and Phoenix get looked over so much. I know of very little theaters in Las Vegas (That are not in casinos) and there are really only 2 venues, The Hard Rock and the House of Blues. I think Phoenix is in the same boat as Las Vegas is. But this is one of the reasons why I think Bjork will finally perform in Vegas, Vegoose. It is outdoors and very different from any venue in the city. She loves outdoor venues....
The only respectable outdoor venue in Phoenix is Mesa Amp; Cricket Pavillion is pretty much a shithole. There simply isn't much of a demand for outdoor venues here. It's too hot six months out of the year to play in one.
