Cult at Anaheim Grove - anyone going?

Cult is playing Aug 3 at the Grove in Anaheim. Looks like GA admission on a Friday so I don't think I will go. Do they sound as good now as they did 'back in the day'? Would be cool if they showed up at Coachella 2008. Not sure if they would fit in.

I saw them a few years ago at the Celebrity Theatre. I thought they sounded pretty good.

Mate, you should definately go and see them. I caught them on the last night of their UK tour last year and they really rocked. Ian still sounds great and there was plenty energy eminating from the stage. I'm not ashamed to say that it was the best gig I'd been to in 06.

He quit to do The Cult full time.
The lead singer for Fuel now sings for them. Ewwww.
By the way, they now go under the name "Riders On The Storm"
