    Default Anyone know about portable mp3/wav recorders?

    I'm looking to pick up a portable MP3/WAV recording unit to record some stuff.
    Im looking to stay under $300.
    Anyone know anything?
    I am going to get so blown to Cypress Hill while they play.

    i read some good stuff on the Edirol, but wasnt sure if anyone had used it or not.

    I will say that Boss made a multitrack recorder (BR8) that was inexpensive and really easy to use. It can produce some really decent demo recordings.
    Nothing insane, but it was good and quite user friendly.
    Their single effect pedals are tanks...virtually indestructable....most of the time.
    I am going to get so blown to Cypress Hill while they play.
