i'm not medically trained but i can tell you this: it is not necessarily cancer. it could be just a regular old cyst, in which case they'll make you get an ultrasound ~once a year after the initial one to make sure nothing's changed. and if it is cancer, it could be benign.
if i were you i would be concerned but not overly so. no point worrying your tits off till the results come in.
