So after 13 years I'm finally going back to Oahu on a little vay-kay with my mom. My question is this: what's up with the parties? Google is only taking me to stupid touristy city guides so I need your help. I'm going August 1 - 7 and I'll be staying on Bellows Beach. That is, if robots don't completely destroy my mortal existence in LA.

Any of you been to the Island lately? I want to know where I can see some DJs and/or get my drink on with local scenesters I will inevitably despise.
