I liked this show - I don't have HBO anymore - that's what they get for running season 2 like two fucking years after the first one - what the hell is that about? I was 11 when I liked this show.

And I'm definitely interested in how the writers are going to handle the relationship between Bill's son and Margene this season. If they bump uglies, I'll be real disappointed. They should keep the tension between the two going.

Barbara gained weight and Margene lost weight. That guy that plays Roman's oldest son does a great job. I really hate him.

I don't remember the name of Roman's supposed newest bride (the ipod thief). She is equally as creepy on that show.

We left off with Barb telling Bill she would leave if he pursued a 4th wife. Ben the oldest son was following in dads footsteps. Roman was shot and if I remember correct, poisoned. Alby became prophet.

i re-watched seasons 1 and 2 while i was sick on on demand (i hate talking about "on demand", it always sounds awkward). glad i did, i seriously hate how long their breaks are.

i'm excited for this season, but it'll be interesting to see how far down this hole of sin they are going. i mean, how can you really claim all these fundamentalist values while slutting around with a waitress and selling video gambling machines?

Well the waitress was wife shopping however, Barb has pretty much put her food down. She's the only voice of reason in the household and gets the most sympathy. Margie sticks to cute and dumb she really reminds me of someone I used to know, I swore it was an act. Nicki is my favorite. I'm crazy attracted to her crazy ass.

I almost wish they would do a spinoff based on all the sub characters at the compound, the traditional FLDS life fascinates me the most. Culturally it's the most interesting community in the country that I know about.

This season is crazy and we're only 2 episodes in. Whoever did the casting for this show is great I can't think of anyone better to play Bill than Bill Paxton same with Chloe Sevigmy playin Nikki.

I love watching him constantly on the go during the entire hour: hugging his kids, confirming dinner, walking through from one house to the next, kissing the wives goodbye, working on the business, dealing with his neighbors, dealing with the church, dealing with Chloe's family, dealing with his parents, working on wife number 4, etc...

It makes you want to move to Utah.

the on-the-go thing makes me sad. he reminds me of one of those directors in your office who is stretched too thin and only really has time for surface conversation, so they look like they're doing a lot but actually accomplishing nothing. it would suck having to be grateful you are for 5 minutes alone with your father.

and the FLDS halfway house was great. it was so weird to see a party with all these FLDS skirts running around, lol.
