CSS at the Henry Fonda tonight

Anyone else going? I am!

Also, I'm the only one with a real ticket, but 6 of my friends are going there to hopefully buy one at the door. Tickets aren't available on TM, though. Does this mean that they're sold out? Will a horde of my friends be angry?

It was pretty close to sold out on Friday. I think there might be a few left at the door. (You can't buy tickets at tm.com during the weekend of the show because someone had to pull online sales and actually print out the will call tickets for that show while they were at work on Friday). It could also mean they're sold out, tho. If you wanna be safe, go to a ticketmaster outlet right now and try to buy one in person. If they're still selling, it's not sold out.

I'm gonna stop by late tonight after LCD hopefully.

Oh! I checked Saturday, and the tickets weren't being sold on TM. No wonder! Where I live is a black hole of culture and life so the nearest TM outlet is around 20 minutes away. The venue itself is only around 10 minutes, so I guess I'll just head out there now. You're going to come later tonight?

barbara there's a tm outlet at santa monica blvd and western (ritmo latino) and there's one on wilshire and 14th in santa monica (second spin).

The Fonda is one of the strictest on cameras not being allowed. Whenever i get one in i consider myself lucky. It's really the only place where i can say i get my dick offically grabbed. Someone suggested to me in the past to go into the bar first and it would be a lot easier. i have not tried this myself yet.

Maybe i'll take that ticket. PM me you plans and hopefully i can merge into them.

Grab a ticket anyway you can. I missed both support acts on Friday night waiting outside with my buddy while he was getting a ticket (I had mine). They way under estimated the demand here in PDX.

Not all the time. Just be ready to go back to the car. Scope out the pat down before you get into the line. Ladies might have an easier time.

The bar thing i was thinking about a little: If a friend goes in first into the Fonda, goes into th bar and meets you, then you can give him/her the camera then go in yourself.

At Metric, I had my camera in the crotch of my pants, which was grabbed, but they let me through anyway. Their biggest concern was gum, of all things. I won't have a car to take a camera back to, so I'm a bit worried.

Maybe they will check it (i had to do that at HOB Sunset and the Greek....took out my card first). It's always a crapshoot, but you win more than you lose. Good Luck.

Yo Majesty was fucking AWESOME! At first I couldn't tell that they were women, but then after you can kind of tell. The crowd wasn't feeling Busdriver and he was was really mad at and talked shit about how LA people were too immature to understand his music or something =(

CSS was awesome!! Lovefoxxx is so fucking cute! She's so tiny! I LOVE HOW SHE DANCES! She does tae bo moves and stuff

Yeah, the place was completely fucking packed. I think the place maxed out. Sigh, so much fun
