WORD TO THAT! i've been working on a book for over a year now. when i get pissed off, i feel SO much better after sitting down and writing. much more productive than being depressed.

also, i like writing letters i'll never send to people who've pissed me off. because 9 times out of 10, they're never going to get what you're trying to say anyways, so might as well just keep it to yourself.
