I've been told that coconut oil is one of the best makeup removers ever. Haven't tried it myself, but might be worth looking into

Thanks for the tip! This isn't usually a problem but drag face is impossible. Sunni - I've been trying the gluestick method for covering brows. It is...unwieldy, to say the least. Need more practice.

Perhaps not a goal, but a deterrent, either.

Agreed that the ones with the white crotch seem like they're asking for stains.

You don't seem like the sort of girl who would wear flowered pants on her motorcycle.

    SECONDED.

I also hate extremely flashy and/or highly decorated handbags. Anything with excessive chains, rhinestones/studs, logos, slogans, patent leather, etc. are just totally disgusting to me. Unfortunately, they're the types of purses I see the most. Hardly anything I find fits my criteria of function/size and style/design.

I like my bags made of leather and as plain as can be. I basically only own Dooney & Burke bags from the late 80s/early 90s, but I've been dying for something simpler and sleeker for a long time.

I have rules about purses. They don't have to be brand name if they meet the following criteria:
They must have a strap long enough to go cross body and it must be adjustable. Must have at least one interior pocket and one exterior pocket big enough for a phone. Mid sized, not too large, so it doesn't look like it's wearing me. And it must lie relatively flat to my body and have a zipper, not a clasp at the main opening. I rarely buy purses for this reason. But my best friends bought me a Kate Spade black bag for my 40th and it's pretty damn near perfect, because they know all my rules, and it's been all I've carried for two years.

I really do like the all black one, but also the silver/black one. The silver/black would match my current jacket, but I need a new jacket anyways. I was originally leaning towards the silver so I can be seen better at night, but I rarely ever ride at night.

I am unsure what y'all are talking about with crotch stains. I need to be enlightened.

well when i go snowboarding, maybe it's because i live in the southwest, but sometimes there is mud. or i try to drink my beer and it spills on my pants. or i sit on something weird on the lift. i guess my point is that the crotch will probably not stay pristine white for long, and would be less-noticeable in black.

Yes, it's inevitable to get stains on outerwear clothing (even just oil/grease or dirt as the seat/frame will be exposed outdoors). That the crotch and inner legs are light colored already calls attention to those areas, so any stains you get on that portion are going to really stand out.

    Ah ha!
Well, these are just riding pants, anyways. I usually only ride to/from work, so I would be changing out of them once I get off the bike. Doesn't matter, I may go with the black/black.

I saw this picture of Kim Kardashian today, and Maria Menounos is wearing a dress that I bought for Coachella.

Really cute dress. What kind of shoes will you wear with it? That's always my biggest problem when I think to wear a summer dress to the festival is the shoes!

I always wear my converse and I guess feel too clunky with a dress, even though I think other women look cute in them with dresses.

Thanks, ladies. I thought it was funny to see it on someone else a couple weeks before I decided to wear it.

    As for the shoes...

I'm the same, as far as not really trying to match. I basically bring one pair of super comfortable neutral flats and one pair of comfortable neutral boots and go from there.

That cut of dress always seems to work well on my body shape, and I look pretty good in yellow

Great dress, Casey! I love the mustard color. I just found a super cute orange dress from Lauren for Coachella And yeah, I don't worry about shoes. Something flat and comfy. Probably Con Lights and China doll flats. Ooooh that reminds me, I have an orange pair of China doll flats that I've never worn! I wonder if it's the same orange? Gotta go look!!!

I took off the belt and added a little extra lining to make the skirt fuller. Obviously mine is the knockoff version of hers but it's just for Coachella

I love ModCloth! Always lots of great stuff there, but I always manage to want the super expensive ones

I found my orange shoes. Not quite the same orange. And now I remember why I never wore them... the orange on my big feet looks clownish

Yeah I usually buy their more expensive stuff if I buy from there because their cheaper stuff doesn't really last that long, but for Coachella it works.

I never click on the links to clothes you girls post because I just assume they are all skinny girl sizes. I am bored at work today and clicked, now I know they have plus sizes. I didn't need to know that.

There are some very cute dresses on there that I would love to own, but way out of my normal shopping price range. I am super cheap when it comes to clothing. $150+ for a dress is just more than I am willing to spend. I bought a coachella dress at the dillards clearance store for $20.
