The grouchier I feel, the more of an effort I make to not show it, some of my coworkers used to tease me that my PMS symptom was uncharacteristic patience.. hah.

I guess I just feel like many people have physical and emotional pains at times, if we feel we have license to be jerks whenever we're hurting from something, it makes for an unpleasant home, workplace, etc.

If I'm feeling off and I think its hormonal, I just straight up tell people I'm feeling crabby and to ignore me / avoid me / tell me to fuck off. I do the same thing if I'm just feeling bitchy in general. I feel like thats fair, right?

I opted for Depo. No more PMSing, which also means no more boob swelling
I still find myself overly emotional at times. I've cried during the X Factor.

I went off Depo because it increases your risk of osteoporosis, plus hormonal birth control makes me completely disinterested in sex (which honestly might be better than the alternative.. cough). I opted for a copper IUD.. no hormones + no babies, but definitely more bleeding and terrible cramps. Can't have it all, I guess.

Well it is a little cheesy, so sorry hahaha

I was #12 in Volleyball for 12 years and I have always had a "thing" for the number. Last night he woke me up at midnight and asked me to come into the living room. He put rose petals on the floor and lit 100 tea cup candles. Then he got down on one knee and proposed at 12:12 haha

It was really cute too, because when he got down our dog came and sat next to him with her little ears perked up all adorable. I kept asking if he was serious or if I was still dreaming!

Oh, man, yesterday I had the worst cramps I've ever had in my life. I figured it was karma for telling people not to complain about their PMS. :P I've been eating pain killers round the clock.

Yes, thank goodness I happen to have some good pain killers this time around, but I dread the idea of having to do this next month with just useless Motrin or Tylenol. It feels almost as bad as my contractions when I was pregnant. It's fucking ridiculous.

Muscle Relaxers and ibuprofen are the only thing that get me through my 3 days of cramps now. I was told by my Gyno that cramps get worse if you drink a lot of caffiene though. I do drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day, I don't know that I could give them up even if it meant less cramps.
