I've never had a spray tan, tanned in a tanning booth or participated in some other weird artificial skin pigment-altering activity.
Overly tanned people scare me.
Kat is on my team. Yay Kat!

The only sitcom I love is How I Met Your Mother as far as trashy reality TV I catch myself watching Mob wives.. other than that the only TV I watch is on HBO.

not a big friends fan, but i still laugh at the "morning's here" guy. early friends is cliche and later friends is weird because everyone is super tan, thin, and fucking one another.
i know we've had this conversation before, but festival shoes... what do you ladies normally wear? my hear skipped a beat when i saw both sugar AND volatile shoes the other day at dillards, thinking they would have my favourite kinds of platform sneakers with the flat toes for dancing; however no such luck, they were all flip flops![]()
I wore combat boots and little leather Keds-like saddle shoe dealies this year.
And ugh, "Friends" is a horrible show. But my roommate LOVES it and watches it constantly.
I still catch myself watching old episodes of friends when there is nothing else on. I was a fan of the earlier episodes, but gave up when Monica & Chandler started fucking.
My favorite sitcom now is The Big Bang Theory, I have seen every episode and the reruns still make me laugh.
I watch Eureka. The deputy is a robot. Why not?

It's a bunch of attractive people solving wacky and somewhat irreverent sci-fi calamities at a government research facility and the robot deputy dates the sheriff's smarthouse. Starts off a little slow, but I've come to love it despite its myriad flaws.
Anybody ever seen Better Off Ted?
I was recently introduced to it on NetFlix, and I think it's hilarious.
Yeah I blew threw what was available on netflix in a week or so. Pretty funny filler when I didnt have much else to watch.

edit: wife just came home and ordered two bags, two pairs of sandals, and two little wristlets/wallets for $400. not bad, basically all that for the price of one bag at their store.

What was the name of the British show of the "punk rockers" who lived together? One of them had stars attached to his forehead.
That's Drop Dead Fred.Is Better Off Ted the one where they have a Johnny Rotten-esque protagonist who is the imaginary friend of that one daughter of a movie exec who also starred in Fast Times?

Have any of you tried a chemical peel? I was thinking about trying a lactic acid peel, supposedly one of the mildest out there. My skin has been out of control as far as dryness and oily. I have tried EVERYTHING. Ive read mixed reviews on chemical peels.

I did one to try to smooth out some acne scars with very minimal results.

I haven't tried chemical peels yet, but I'm very interested in them. I've had photo facials in the past, and they work VERY well for evening skin tone, but they are extremely expensive. My aesthetician says it's best to get a microdermabrasion treatment or two prior to a chemical peel or photofacial for best results.
I taught Lilia over tinychat already, as she was the only one who got materials. I can do another round at some point if anybody else does.
Awe, I will get materials this weekend then. I would really love to make one. I'm realizing I don't wear nearly enough bracelets and I quite adore wearing home made items.
where can i buy a clothes hamper that you have to physically open and close rather than something my stupid cat can jump into and pee? i already tried target.
(yes already took him to the vet.. i think he is just an asshole cat).
