I saw Stephen and his Jicks with Sleater-Kinney at the Crystal Ballroom in Portland some time ago. I will say that I thought Sleater-Kinney was far more enjoyable of the two groups that played that night. :P

i always catch the malkmus shows whenever hes in LA...
this years concert at the el rey was dissapointing tho.

i didnt care too much for the new songs...
they were mediocre.
