Someone post his Survivor audition tapes.
Hopefully they replace GBV with someone equally good.
For those of you who are coming in from out of town, I'd avoid 6th street like the plague. Unless tourists and frat dudes are your thing. There are some cool bars on 6th (Easy Tiger and the Jackalope...
Mr. Fuzz I assume?
Really excited for DJ Shadow & Cut Chemist tomorrow night. Has anyone seen them yet on this tour?
People have been saying AC are headliners since Coachella 2007.
Because the nites are free. Nice.
When did bands performing covers become headline news?
Well I'll be. Another flag.
Ugly, ugly game.
I completely forgot about Ted Ginn Jr. until he returned that 71 yard punt today.
I got my Friday wristband a couple of days ago. I found it in a puddle of water in my side yard. *shrugs*
The new SBTRKT is pretty forgettable upon first listen minus a track or two.
Michael Brown shooting video emerges: 'He had his f****** hands up!'
ThomThom is a Cowboys fans with no love for the Cards. Weren't the MNF announcers calling BS as well? Anyway, obviously there's a bias when it comes to your team, but it seemed like a lot of non-AZ...
Nice comeback! I love seeing Rivers pout.
What a drive.
I think you can in all of the Austin locations, no? The bar at the WF up in the Domain is fantastic.
He wasn't convicted let alone charged with rape. Unfortunate considering the circumstances.
Right. If shitty rock bands can headline why not shitty DJs? There's clearly a draw there.
To be fair, I don't think anyone anticipated Calvin Harris drawing the biggest crowd in Coachella history:
You don't have to draw any kind of majority crowd-wise to headline Coachella. Also, Jack White is definitely a headliner at this point (not the case 2-3 years ago IMO).
EDIT* Jack White is...
Saw that earlier. Wish me luck on winning Avett Brothers tickets...
Off topic I suppose, but I was talking about bands in general. Broke musicians need money I agree.
Money isn't everything to bands, though and playing in front of 30 people for two weekends in a row might not be as appealing as you think.
I'm not a serious gamer at all... but that's one game I absolutely had to have. Everything about it, the writing, score, gameplay, graphics, etc. are all incredible. I agree with Nathan, though that...
Wasn't a small crowd either from what I recall.
I don't think they ever used it again either.
They had a magic door, though. Set would have been pretty boring without it.
Correctamundo. Visuals are neither here nor there.
Currently on my back porch grooving to the new Dave Aju. Great stuff.
Huh, cheese is pretty essential where I come from. Couldn't imagine eating one without it.
That is indeed weird.
What was the name of said burrito? If it were advertised as a standard BB I would be a little confused myself.
Breakfast burritos can vary, but those ingredients are pretty run of the mill. Can't say I've ever had jalapenos in one, though.
Have you listened to Iron Reagan yet, Tom? One of my favorite Black Stage discoveries.
Not surprised. Same goes with Royksopp I'm sure.
He really pulls it off:
Roboto is trakball/stcee, yeah? The internet prostitute reviewer?
*Paging Mr. Hand*
Have you ever smoked weed or flipped off a camera before? If so, DEFINITELY.
Whatever, Bryan. Must be a slow news day!
Oh, okay. Thanks for the clarification.
I probably wouldn't be that open about my racism if my peers/co-workers were against it. He said this to a TV producer. I mean, "allegedly"...
